Fun and Learning for our Youngest Members
Temple Emanu-El-Beth Sholom has something for everyone - even for our youngest members! We are continuously adding new programs and activities for young children and their family members or caregivers. Check out just a few of the fun preschool activities Temple has to offer:
Creating Together (18 months to 3 years)
Tuesday mornings from 10:00-11:30 am
Creating Together is a class where parents and children can work creatively together using a variety of traditional art and household materials in an open, expressive environment. There will also be lively music, singing and creative movement.
Sing Along with Me (6 months to 3 years)
Wednesday mornings from 10:00 - 10:30 AM
Sing Along with Me is a fun class where parents and tots will learn new songs and games and dance and play together. By engaging in these fun activities, children will develop social, musical and learning skills.
Drop-in Playgroup (0-5 years, with a parent or caregiver)
Tuesday mornings from 11:00 - 1:00 PM
Got a little one at home? Want to get out and meet other parents and tots? Just bring a brown bag lunch and drop by each Tuesday morning to spend some quality time in our clean, well-equipped, "nut-free" environment. We provide the coffee, snacks, toys, games and music! No registration required; no charge. Everyone welcome!
It’s Fun Being Three (2 1/2 - 3 1/2 years)
Thursdays mornings from 10:00-11:30 AM
“It’s Fun Being 3!!” allows parents to interact and with their toddles and encourages socialization. Activities include art, circle time, songs, gym and snack time.
Weekly “Shabbat Shalom” Program (18 months to 3 years)
Friday mornings from 10:00 - 11:30 AM
Parents, grandparents, or caregivers, join us every Friday to celebrate Shabbat with your little ones! Enjoy weekly quality time making music, doing arts and crafts, and learning new ways for your family to celebrate Shabbat at home.
