In addition, she has won the Agatha Award (seven times), and was a finalist for the Edgar Award for Best Novel. In 2017, she received the Order of Canada for her contributions to Canadian culture. Tales from the Talmud with Rabbi Grushcow Thank you for your interest in Tales from the Talmud with Rabbi Grushcow. This series will be held Wednesdays at noon, beginning November 18, and take a break on December 16th, resuming in 2021. The Talmud is a central Jewish text, famously full of legal debates, but also full of stories. The Music of Prayer February 11, 18, 25, 12-1 PM Music Director Rona Nadler leads three sessions exploring different musical settings of three important prayers in our liturgy – L’cha Dodi, Kaddish, and Psalm 150.
